This Privacy Policy describes how Colibrik ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of AgeForge (the "App"), a mobile game available on Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

AgeForge does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information directly.

Locally Stored Game Data

Your game progress (grid state, resources, settings, and preferences) is saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is not accessible to us. If Android's automatic backup feature is enabled on your device, this local data may be backed up to your own Google account's cloud storage, managed entirely by Google, not by us.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use AgeForge, certain technical information may be automatically collected by us or by the third-party services described below, such as your device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage statistics (e.g., crash reports, session length). This information is used to maintain and improve the App.

2. Third-Party Services

AgeForge uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded video advertisements. Because AgeForge is suitable for all ages and does not use an account system or age verification, every ad request in the App is tagged as child-directed (in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, or "COPPA") and as subject to the age of consent under EU data protection law. In practice, this means:

• No personalized or interest-based advertising is served to any user

• No advertising identifier is collected or transmitted with ad requests

• Ads are restricted to General audiences (G-rated) content only

Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)

Purchases made within AgeForge (gem packs, starter pack, VIP pass) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google. Learn more: Google Play's Privacy Policy

3. How We Use Information

Any information collected through the services above is used to:

• Operate and maintain the App

• Display and measure advertising

• Process in-app purchases

• Diagnose and fix technical issues

• Improve the App's features and performance

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Children's Privacy

AgeForge is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can take appropriate action.

5. Your Choices

• Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's settings (e.g., Android Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization) or by resetting your advertising ID.

• Data deletion: Since your game progress is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App (and clearing any associated Google account backup, if enabled) will remove this data. To request deletion of any other data we may hold, contact us using the details below.

6. Data Retention

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Any data processed by third-party services (Section 2) is retained according to those providers' own retention policies.

7. International Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or another region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights regarding your information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data held by the third-party services described above.
