Welcome to Colibrik. By downloading, accessing or using our applications (including Stack Morph), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By using our apps, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Colibrik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these terms.

3. In-App Purchases

Our apps may offer in-app purchases (such as visual themes or ad removal). All purchases are final and processed through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the app for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app

- Use any automated system to interact with the app

5. Advertising

Our apps display advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display of ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content, graphics, code and trademarks within the app are the property of Colibrik and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Colibrik does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

Colibrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
